FAQs

  • How is concrete different from asphalt?

The first key difference lies in their composition, as concrete involves a mix of cement, water, and aggregates, while asphalt contains a petroleum-based substance and aggregates.

Style and Color Options: concrete is generally lighter in color, has longer durability, and takes more time to cure or harden. Because of this, you have many more options in terms of color and texture of the finished product. This really adds to the overall curb appeal of your home and  can even improve your homes' value.

Cost: While asphalt is generally less in terms of cost than concrete, the same can be said in longevity. Typically asphalt driveways and surfaces require more maintenance, and can deteriorate at a much more rapid pace than concrete.

  • Can you raise sunken concrete?

No, we do not provide this service; however, we feel comfortable recommending a fellow member of the Home Builders Association of St. Louis. Members can be found at https://www.stlhba.com/

  • How long will my new concrete last?

While the longevity of each concrete project depends on a number of factors, concrete tends to be more durable than other products on the market that are typically used for new driveways, sidewalks, walkways, porches, patios, and similar projects. Thanks to this durability, they have the potential to last a lifetime.

  • Do you offer any discounts or financing?

We do offer promotional discounts on specific services. Be sure to check in often to catch the latest concrete special offers.
